  My boyfriend and I came to American Eagle Outfitters to pick out some shirts and blue jeans... So, when we went to the checkout counter, a woman was looking down on her phone and texting someone. I knew that she knew were there, but she was ignoring us. When I said, "Excuse me, my boyfriend and I would like to check out, please.", she looked up and said in a snotty voice, "Leave me alone. Can't you two see that I'm busy?" We just set the clothes that we were gonna get on the counter and left. I will not be returning to this store again.
