  I came here to exchange a Google home we got as a gift for a Amazon Echo, since we're already hooked up to Amazon and have all the memberships. However they wouldnt accept the return because the tape was a little torn. Nothing else. We ended up going to another Best Buy to exchange and it was perfectly fine at another.

  Auburn Hills Best Buy is the BEST Best Buy! Don't know what kinda Kool Aid they've been drinking but the employees here are always very helpful and knowledgeable. I've never had to go on the hunt to find someone for assistance. I usually get approached very soon after arriving to see if I need help with anything. At any other Best Buy I've ever been to, trying to get assistance is like pulling teeth. Did I say that the Auburn Hills Best Buy is the BEST?

  Clean, friendly, and easy to navigate. Standard Best Buy. I always like the bargain bin movies, and the only reason they lost a star is because the new movie prices are way to much. There was a good selection of blu ray movies in the 5-10 dollar bins.
