  Horrible customer service. I was walking around with my boyfriend, looking at engagement rings. An employee came up to us, asked what we were looking for, we said "just looking around". She walked away without saying anything, like she never asked us in the first place. Didn't even say "okay" or "if you find something, let me know". I did find a few rings I was interested in but I'll take my business someplace else. Having good employees is the key to making good sales which is obvious that this store lacks.

  I received a helzberg necklace for Christmas 2015 and loved it, but recently noticed that part of it was broken. I went to the Great Lakes crossing store today to ask them if they could send it in to get repaired as it is my favorite necklace and maybe give it a good cleaning. I knew that I had a warranty on the necklace so it would be repaired, but instead of having to wait a week or two to get it fixed, the women working just gave me a new one instead. This seriously made my day, thank you to everyone at Helzberg!
