My wife bought me a backpack and sleeping bag for Christmas and it was not fitting correctly. We tried to return everything so I could be with her to shop for equipment. Even though it was a Christmas gift that couldn't be opened until oh gee, the 25th of December they will not return the equipment and are holding fast to their 30 day policy, customer service be damned! Do not shop here!!! Rudeness and unbending service from all the employees!
