  There store policy for returns is outrageous. I received a pair of boots for a Christmas present from my husband. I had only worn them maybe 4 times to work, I have a desk job and they started to come apart. My husband tried to exchange them today and was told they could not do it because they are not able to re-sale them. Seriously??? Your going to sell items and not take them back because they are defective? Within 60 days? I will nor will none of my family ever step foot in a Saks store again. Make sure you try on clothing or check anything out religiously before you purchase it because you won't be able to return it.
