  I wouldn't even give them 1 star. I needed a dress that they were out of and asked if they can get it shipped for me from a different store. They told me that they can't do that for me so I called the other store and they told me that it was very possible for them to ship it. So I went back and told them that they could ask for a special order and they all sat there looking dumb, bothered and lazy with so much attitude and still were trying to talk me out of ordering from their own store. They gave me a very hard time and I would never go back again. If I were the manager or owner I'd make sure they were taught some customer service skills before putting them out of the floor.

  Tried to return a dress, with tags attached and receipt, but the associate refused to complete the transaction because she claimed that it was a 'formalwear' dress...I didn't see the "final sale" tag attached at all, and I remember when I first bought the dress, I was told that it was in the wrong section and that I could "probably return it" within 30 days for store credit...not even a clear answer. I asked the associate if she could check to see if the same dress (with the "final sale" tag was in the formalwear section, but she literally tossed my dress onto the counter, rolled her eyes, and shook her head. I have worked in retail and customer service for years, and seldom have I come across are more careless and seemingly self-detrimental team of associates. Even the most gaudy dresses here are more attractive than the attitude of the people who work here.
